WHO AM I ?

Although I have always gravitated around the world of car dealerships, I officially began my career in this field after obtaining my Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal in 2006.

First as a technical advisor in the service department, then as a finance manager in the sales department, it was in 2009, after completing the General Dealership Management Program at NADA, that I became Fixed Operations Manager. Then, in 2011, General Manager, a position I held for 10 years. During this period, I also completed an MBA and sat on the National Dealer Council and the sub-council for after-sales, which allowed me to broaden my horizons and understanding of the automotive industry.

Since 2022, I have been working as an instructor and consultant for dealerships and automotive manufacturers. First with NCM Associates, and since 2025 as an independent. As an instructor and consultant, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple dealerships in Canada and the United States, as well as several manufacturers such as Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, BMW, Kia, and Toyota.
